Small Update to username color promotions

I have set the cron job to run every 5 minutes for maximum server balancing and also for user experience. It only loads when the user is logged in so if your username color rank takes a while to change please just wait 5 minutes and it will be changed.

Perhaps the colour scheme should be

Blue > Green > Yellow > Orange > Red

Blue when you join, Green at 500 posts, Yellow at 1000 posts, Orange at 2000 posts, Red at 10,000 posts
