Hey guys,
im snus
In this thread, I will teach you how to get rid of acne, acne scars, and blackheads.
First of all, I will show you some brutal studies proving the importance of clear skin and how bad skin quality has an impact on your social life/life quality.

STUDY 1:
https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamadermatology/article-abstract/2812215

"Compared with those with no acne, for those with severe acne, participants reported less comfort being friends, hiring, having physical contact, dating, and posting a photograph together on social media."

"Results demonstrated stigmatizing attitudes against individuals with acne in a variety of social and professional scenarios."

STUDY 2:
https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/jdv.19798

"All faces with acne were perceived as less attractive and received poorer personality judgements…"

"Happy faces with acne were rated as less happy compared to other acne variants and clear-skin faces."

STUDY 3:

"In comparison to the pictures of those with clear skin, those with acne scars were less likely to be considered attractive, confident, happy, healthy and successful, and more likely to be perceived as insecure and shy (all p < 0.05; Table)."

"Those with scars were thought less likely to be hired for a job after a job interview (78% vs 82%; p < 0.05), to be seen as a good entrepreneur (19% vs 23%; p < 0.05) or to have a promising future (78% vs 84%; p < 0.05) than those with clear skin."

"This study demonstrates that those with acne scars are perceived differently—with unfavorable attributes. Furthermore, the skin is more frequently the first facial feature noticed if an individual has acne scars vs clear skin."

If you're pizza faced (like myself) or have any type of acne scars or blackheads and you read all these studies and still decide not to do anything and rather be lazy or tell yourself you will do it but end up not doing shit, then don't even bother going outside lmao I just showed you how little dots on your face can mess up your life, so stop rotting and start doing i promise you will benefit.

Now I will show you how to actually treat this. Thiss breaks down in multiple phases because you can't really fix scars if you are still creating new ones. You need to kill the source first. I will name the treatment category, then the products, what it does, the side effects, how to avoid them, and then the entire protocol

TREATMENT
!!!DISCLAIMER THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DECISIONS!!!

ACNE (ACTIVE BREAKOUTS)

ISOTRETINOIN (Accutane):

BLACKHEADS (COMEDONES)

SALICYLIC ACID 9%:
What it does: Dissolves blackheads, milia, hardened sebum plugs
Dose: Spot treatment nightly (tiny dab only)
Sides: Stinging, burning, peeling
How to prevent: Spot treat only (for retards only use it on the spot you have blackheads, don't use it all over your face)

SALICYLIC ACID LEAVE-ON:

How to prevent: Moisturizee

TRETINOIN/TAZAROTENE:

Sides: If you read you know
Prevent: If you read you know

SCARS (ATROPHIC)

TRIFAROTENE:
What it does: Only retinoid with phase 4 data for scars: 55.2% scar reduction at 24 weeks. Results from week 2
Dose: Nightly
Sides: Minimall irritation
Prevent: Sunscreen mandatory

TRETINOIN:
What it does: Shown to improve scars but you know the rest if you are reading

there are also alot of cosmetic procedures you can do for acne scars such as vampire treatment or micro needling or Subcision but i will get to this in another thread😉

PROTOCOL
I just wanna note that you can do this however you want and I'm just showing the most efficient/most potent protocol because I have done a fair amount of research on this, but it's completely up to you what products you want to use. !!!Just don't start stacking random shit, I will get to this soon in the thread!!!

PHASE 1: DESTROY ACNE (MONTHS 1-6)
Accutane 0.5mg-1mg/kg/day (4-6 months)
Azelaic Acid 20% AM (safe to stack with Accutane)
BHA 9% as spot treatment for blackheads if you have any

PHASE 2: SCAR REPAIR (MONTHS 6-12)
Trifarotene 0.005% nightly (scarcels will love this)
Azelaic Acid 20% AM
BHA 2% for mmaintenance (can use AM on non-retinoid days)

PHASE 3: MAINTENANCE (LIFETIME)
Tretinoin 0.05% nightly
Azelaic Acid 20% AM
SPF 50+ daily (mandatory, prevents hyperpigmentation)

RULES, !!!DONT DNR THIS!!!

Tretinoin/Tazarotene/Adapalene/Trifarotene etc. = choose ONE, don't stack
Accutane + retinoids = DON'T use together, Accutane IS a retinoid
Azelaic Acid = cann be stacked with any retinoid
BHA spot treatment = can be stacked with anything (tiny dab only)
Sunscreen = self explanatory

This turned out to be a lil longer than expected, and I know that a lot from this post is already known and out there. Please don't give me a headache. I just wanted to put a lil effort into this post, as it's my first big post on here. Hope yall niggas enjoy. Much love to everyone struggling with acne. You're not alone.

I know the formatting is a little fucked, sorry.

I'm reposting this from some fag forum. I like this forum, so I figured I'd post it here because the more "big" posts we have, the better.

Hope y'all like it, even though it's "water.":retard:
