Does anyone know the best app development company for professionalizing a clients gooning needs while keeping GDPR compliance? I am based in Moldova and trying to build an OnlyFans competitor for the Indonesian market.

Ohhh. So Yuh a handful of dev shops can handle this shit but ye u have got two massive shitsn

Indonesian law bans all pornographic content. I mean like Ur platform must be framed as “premium creator subscription” with strict age gating and content moderation, or you’ll get nuked by the kominfo and also gdpr applies if you serve eu users, but since you target Indonesia, you only need gdpr if you plan to accept eu payment cards or have eu visitors well uh u explicitly want GDPR compliance which means data minimisation, consent logs, right to erasure, and a DPO which is kinda doable
 
Btw some peak dev companies that ik are Scrile based in ukraine and usa I think idk well they specialise in adult oriented creator platforms (custom of clones). From what ik they have built gdpr compliant systems with end to end encryption, age verification, and token based payments too and Yuh they know the legal grey zones and can adapt to Indonesian registration it's price is like 80k to 150k for a full mvp idk
