Earlier I thought that this lawsuit was already dismissed. However, it is still ongoing.
Hey Kash, if you (or one of your underpaid, underappreciated, bitch informants) is listening: by fighting it like this, you're only bringing more attention to it. I myself may have never heard of it otherwise, or I may have just chalked it up to celebrity gossip.
Plus, you're a public figure. People are going to say stupid shit about you, either for the fun of it, or out of pure speculation. You're the FBI director, and you look like you're upset about a high school rumor.
