Breaking news: "Explosive diarrhea virus" outbreak in Midwest worsens

During a news conference in Chicago, the FBI deputy director was suddenly struck by the virus. Cameramen, not knowing the cause of his sudden exit, followed him and captured some footage before it was scrubbed from the FBI's facebook page. Some of this footage has leaked to the dark web:
