Advice on softmaxing?

This is the 10th thread on here btw. But anyway do you have any advice on looksmaxing I'm 15 and a half 179cm still growing 76kg 20-23% bf (I know I'm trying to lose bf) I can't get roids or anything because I live in Iraq and all my money is in cash. My budget is 20$ ehat I have rn is basic skincare (tretinoin moisturize cleanser and sunscreen) I'm hltn maybe lmtn on a good day I already go to the gym.

To insecure to post a picture of me bro but what I can tell you is that I have a pretty good base I have no big flaws other than my slight chin recession body fat and acne Marks. But I can give you a picture of my eye area and side profile jaw areaI will send it in pms if you want.
