this was my cbct fuck my cheeks and orbitals and jaw are all so assymetric, not to mention my maxilla is so narrow that the incisors aren't even parallel

mandible specifically

why would u get orbital floor implants are youer eyes sunken
one of my eyes is slightly lower than the other by a factor of 1-2 millimeters also you may notice the orbital floor shape on the right sort of slants down at a more severe angle than the right side. This pattern of asymmetry is then also carried down to the zygomas, where the right is lower but more laterally projected and the left is less laterally projected and higher. I would ideally get infra-malars to fix negative orbital vector and slightly flat cheekbones with the right one having an orbital floor extension.

wouldn't it be advisable to decompress the floor rather than putting an implant? you will js increase intraocular pressure

I would have thought so but the fact that the supraorbital region is nearly symmetric on top means I would probably be able to push the eye up 1-2 mm (all I need) without creating that much intraocular pressure. also, I would rather have the right orbital look like the left rather than decompress the left orbital to look like the right since the right side is rather irregular in shape.
