I’m so sorry brah
dw bro new hope i can get custom IOM implants with orbital floor extensions they should help i jst figured out i have a trust fund bro i might not rope anymoreI’m so sorry brah
you should fillerpill ideallyidk bro it makes my ramus long and i dont notice it at all because im not lean enough
okk where? i think i can literally right eye with implant to fix orbital dystopia with orbital floor extension implantyou should fillerpill ideally
mandible specificallyokk where? i think i can literally right eye with implant to fix orbital dystopia with orbital floor extension implant
one of my eyes is slightly lower than the other by a factor of 1-2 millimeters also you may notice the orbital floor shape on the right sort of slants down at a more severe angle than the right side. This pattern of asymmetry is then also carried down to the zygomas, where the right is lower but more laterally projected and the left is less laterally projected and higher. I would ideally get infra-malars to fix negative orbital vector and slightly flat cheekbones with the right one having an orbital floor extension.mandible specifically
why would u get orbital floor implants are youer eyes sunken
wouldn't it be advisable to decompress the floor rather than putting an implant? you will js increase intraocular pressureone of my eyes is slightly lower than the other by a factor of 1-2 millimeters also you may notice the orbital floor shape on the right sort of slants down at a more severe angle than the right side. I would have thought so but the fact that the supraorbital region is nearly symmetric on top means I would probably be able to push the eye up 1-2 mm (all I need) without creating that much intraocular pressure. also, I would rather have the right orbital look like the left rather than decompress the left orbital to look like the right since the right side is rather irregular in shape.wouldn't it be advisable to decompress the floor rather than putting an implant? you will js increase intraocular pressure
