For the uninitiated, Darth used to be in charge of mensrights.org. Some backstory:

He vanished one day early May of this year. Shortly after, user AutumN got a message claiming to be him, saying he was in jail for "assaulting a foid". If it were just an assault, he would have likely bailed out my now, one would imagine. Most people, including myself, called BS on this at first.

More recently, VH messaged me saying he was in jail for assaulting a foid. He told me not to disclose this message. Why he would say this privately, or how it would seem he was so confident, are unknown. It didn't seem like trolling. I think there's more to VH. I get that vibe, but I can't prove anything.

My theory: I think Darth must be in detention for something more serious. Either severe injury or homicide, and/ or sending aid to a designated terrorist organization. Darth had previously expressed sympathies for the IRCG, and flirted with being edgy online. He may have tried sending some sort of aid, or offered his services. People in Federal custody for the latter may not be discussed publicly, for a number of reasons, including an ongoing investigation. We may only hear of his conviction a year or more from now.

VH said it had nothing to do with my situation, but I'm not so sure. Likely everyone who had interacted with Darth had a "flag" put on them shortly before he was arrested, just in case they were part of a conspiracy. That would explain why my phone was searched. The same would likely happen with anyone else who was here, if they came through a port of entry. Then VH attempted "damage control" to keep the investigation a secret. Again, I can't prove it, but that does seem logical.

I also think that AutumN was messaged by a Fed. They may have had Darth author a message confessing to a simple battery so that it would sound like him, and then they emailed it.

It is speculation, and circumstantial evidence. But I think this scenario is spot-on.
