there was that one image of that black foid who got it and the change was dramatic, but idiots on reddit thought it was lefort III, even though the surgeon described what he preformed (search dr. agusto pary quadrangular lefort 1)
It is also much better at bringing the paranasal area and lower/middle zygoma forward, rather than just the bottom of the maxilla like you see in standard lf1
Many top surgeons will offer it to ppl with slight midface hypoplasia (Dr. Derek Steinbacher, etc...).
It is only slightly more risky than lf1, and can still be done with a completely intraoral approach, and carries nowhere the amount of risk as lf2.
Overall if your whole midface is recessed or long look into quadrangular/high cut lf1 and it's variants combined with infraorbital fat grafting or implants. This is much safer and easier and more standard than Lf2, which nearly any surgeon would not want to preform solely for aesthetic reasons
