First of all: do NOT get an old pixel phone! They don't receive new updates. Get a newer one, they even have extended update duration.

And for graphene os you need a google pixel to the 6 to the 10 elow it wont work
And also connect at your sensitive session at some random time your isp see everytime you using it
And i dont know if you mention wifi public in every session you need to be in a different wifi, location
Remove your mac adresse by random it in the wifi setting

And in android you can also de-googled the phone with adb-tool

you really dont need all of that, most elite cybecriminals were caught by extremely simple mistakes and not by a backdoor in monero or anything.
