For advice:

1) You have a long skull, you should grow your hair on the sides. Find a style that you like.
2) Your skin isn’t bad by any means, but you still have redness and scarring. Look into tretinoin (incredibly easy to get prescribed), and azelaic acid (also easy but more niche). That should remove some minor scars and help with coloring.
3) minoxidil for your eyebrows, they’re thin and kinda patchy. I like how you shape your eyebrows in the second pic, and maybe the first was a before? But if not, get better at shaping your eyebrows so they look symmetrical. And look into potentially dying them a slightly darker shade with some beard or hair dye (eyebrow dye is extremely overpriced while being literally the exact same)
4) Train your neck, you lowk have a pencil neck
5) jaw training. You have a thin lower third, and consistent hard chewing should give some decent results. If that’s not enough, look into doing Gonion filler. I would advise you to do that after youre at least 17 tho, since your face is still developing.

Youre bu no means ugly. At your age, the most important thing is proper nutrition, AT LEAST 7 hours of sleep, do some kind of cardio, lift heavy, and try to socialize as much as possible.
